Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Neck girth: Measure the widest part of your dog's neck, where the collar usually sits.
Chest girth: Measure around the widest part of your dog's ribcage, just behind their front legs.
For both measurements, leave enough space between the measuring tape and the dog's neck or chest at least one or two fingers, however please make sure it's not too tight or chokes your four-legged friend.
If you have any doubt, you can send me a message before ordering. We will be glad to suggest you the most appropriate accessory for your dog or to create a tailor-made project.
