Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How to choose the perfect size?

Simple! Equip yourself with a soft measuring tape and measure the neck, the chest girth and the back length as explained below.

Neck girth: Measure the widest part of your dog's neck, where the collar usually sits.

Chest girth: Measure around the widest part of your dog's ribcage, just behind their front legs.

Back length: Measure at the base of neck till the base of tail.

For both measurements, leave enough space between the measuring tape and the dog's neck or chest at least one or two fingers, however please make sure it's not too tight or chokes your four-legged friend.
